The Clark County Utilities Department was established by the Board of Clark County Commissioners in 1958 and provides water and sanitary sewer services to areas of Clark and surrounding Counties.

The Department has a service center, located in Medway, to operate the water distribution and sewer collection systems.

The outdoor watering season is coming. We have temporary irrigation meters for rent when filling a swimming pool or doing outside watering. These meters attach to an outside faucet to measure the water consumed. An adjustment will be made on the sewer portion of your bill for your outside water usage. The meter deposit fee is $90.00 and is refunded when the meter and receipt are returned. The rental fee is $10.00 for (4) calendar days or $20.00 per month and is collected when the meter is returned. Call us at (937) 521-2150 before coming to the office to make sure that we have a meter in stock.
