Clark County Land Reutilization Corporation
The Clark County Land Reutilization Corporation (CCLRC), or "Land Bank," is a quasi-governmental, non-profit organization dedicated to the reuse and revitalization of vacant, blighted, and otherwise non-performing property in Clark County and its villages as well as New Carlisle and the City of Springfield.

This is a notice that we have been made aware of a scam taking place in Clark County involving the Land Banks name. The scammers are ordering housing work under the pretense of being the Clark County Land Reutilization Corporation. If you are unsure of a contract regarding the Land Bank please contact . We recommend all our contractors confirm via email any contracted work prior to beginning.
