CHAIRMAN, Alan Donaldson: Alan is manager of the Spring Run Trout Farm in Mad River Township and serves actively with many environmental organizations.
VICE-CHAIRMAN, Paul Snyder: Paul owns and operates the Spring Run Farm, which consists of a grain operation as well as producing horticultural items for resale.
TREASURE, David Stickney: Dave farms both the Shawnee Farm and Hillcrest Farm in Pleasant Township with a concentration of both grain and cattle.
SECRETARY, Dr. John Ritter: Dr. Ritter is a professor of geology at Wittenberg University, where he has vast experience both in the field and the classroom settings.
FISCAL AGENT, Paul Wilson: Paul owns and operates land in Harmony Township consisting of strictly grain farming. He is currently a Township Trustee for Harmony Township.
The Board of Supervisors consists of 5 members and is elected to a 3-year term. All citizens of Clark County are eligible to vote during the Annual Meeting that is held once year. The Board of Supervisors meets a least monthly and actively participates in district-sponsored events. It is their duty to carry out the mission of the Clark Soil and Water Conservation District.
The Clark SWCD was commissioned in 1942 at the request of the citizens interested in soil and water conservation, land use planning, and flood prevention. The Clark SWCD was the second district chartered in Ohio.
