How can I pay my bill?

You can mail your payment using the remittance envelope included with your bill;

 

You can make arrangements with our office to have your payment deducted directly from your checking or savings account monthly through our ACH program.  About 1,000 customers currently use this automatic payment option; or

 

Pay in person at our office or in the night deposit box at rear of the building.

 

Can I pay my bill online or over the telephone?

Clark County Utilities Department does not currently offer bill pay online or over the telephone.

 

Who do I call if I have a question about my bill?

Call our Office at (937) 521-2150 for information concerning your bill.

 

Who do I call about a water main break, a fire hydrant leak, or sewer back-up?

To report a broken water pipe, fire hydrant leak or a backed-up sewer, call us as soon as possible at (937) 521-2150 during regular business hours or at (937) 521-1800 for after-hours emergencies.

 

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept cash, personal checks, money orders, or cashiers checks.  We do not currently accept credit or debit card payments.

Can I pay my bill through my bank online?

Yes, but realize that your bank will mail us a check that may take up to a week to receive.  The process is not an automatic deduction/payment process.  Please account for the time it may take for your bank to send us a check when using this type of payment process.  Also, please note your account number as a reference on the payment.
