SPRINGFIELD, OH (March 5, 2021) – The Clark County Clerk of Courts’ Title Office downtown location at 50 East Columbia Street inside the Clark County Municipal Courthouse in Springfield will close Monday, March 8, as its transitions to a new space at the historic A.B. Graham Building, 31 N. Limestone Street.

“The Downtown Title Office has been located in the same spot since 1988,” said Clerk Melissa Tuttle. “We are excited for the new space that will give a modern feel to our Title Office operations, which normally takes a few minutes to process a title with the updated technology. Giving the 3,300-square-foot former Title Office space allows for more room in the Courthouse for the operations of the Criminal Justice System.”

The downtown office will re-open at the A.B. Graham Building at 8 a.m. Tuesday, March 9 once renovations are complete. The physical entrance to the building is now located at 55 East Columbia Street.

The title division will have two other locations available in Clark County:

  • Southern Village Title Office, 1607 Selma Road, Springfield, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday (Closed holiday weekends)
  • New Carlisle Office, 430 N. Main St., New Carlisle, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday

All Clark County Title Office locations are approved Passport Acceptance Facilities.
