SPRINGFIELD, OH (May 13, 2021) — Due to ongoing issues with servers, Clark County is asking its partners to be cautious about opening e-mail from within our organization.
If you receive a suspicious e-mail from Clark County with a .ZIP attachment, please do not open it. We’re asking partners to simply delete the e-mail.
There is currently no timeline for when our servers will be restored. Clark County is working diligently to correct the issue and will send out more information once it becomes available.
