How do I start new service?
If you have purchased a new property, you will need to come into our office to sign up for service. We have a contract card that needs to be signed by the property owner. A final reading will need to be scheduled to start your service. If the water service is shut off at the property, someone will have to be at the home when the service is restored. If you are renting a property, we can set up your service over the phone. If the water service is off, someone will have to be at the home when the service is restored.
