REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Clark County Department of Job and Family Services (CCDJFS) is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to provide an outdoor summer camp for at-risk children affiliated with CCDJFS.  Proposals must adhere to the following requirements:

                                                            *Note: Late proposals WILL NOT be accepted.

Proposal Requirements:                Board prefers proposal submissions in electronic format. Proposals submitted electronically shall be sent via email to the attention of Contract Development at: . For vendors not capable of providing their proposal electronically, please refer to the RFP for guidance on submission. Full name and address of each person or organization submitting a proposal must be written on the outside of proposal envelope.

*Proposals are to be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope in the lower left-hand corner as follows: Challenge Camp RFP #26-SFY-04.

*Clark County and the Department of Job and Family Services reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any defect in a proposal which does not materially alter the contract document.

*Please note the Counties are exempt from all Federal, State, and Local Sales and/or Excise Taxes.
