Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio
Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be in the full amount
of the bid. The bond must be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed
in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Bid security furnished in the form
of a certified check or cashier's check, shall be equal to 10% of the bid.

financial statements that have been compiled, reviewed or audited by a licensed
Certified Public Accountant within seven days after bid opening date and must certify
compliance with the County’s financial requirements/tests and quality
