Title Division

The Title Division issues and maintains titles for automobiles, motorcycles, off-road vehicles, motor/mobile homes, and watercraft vessels to individuals, businesses, and dealerships within and outside of Clark County.

Most title transactions are completed in a few minutes and the taxes owed are based on the sales tax for the county. Please bring your driver’s license with you to complete the transaction.

The Clark County Title Offices are approved Passport Acceptance Agencies.
